Privacy Policy

1. No Data Collection

TallyUp does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The app does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. All of your information stays private to you.

2. Data Storage

• On Device: Your counters, logs, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework.
• iCloud Sync: If enabled, your data is stored only in your private iCloud account and synced across your devices with Apple’s CloudKit. This data is tied to your Apple ID and never accessible to us.

3. Data Sharing

Your data is never shared with anyone. It remains on your device and, if enabled, within your iCloud account under Apple’s security.

4. Security

Your data is protected by Apple’s security features, including device passcodes/biometrics and iCloud encryption. We never access or transmit your data.

5. Your Rights

• You control all of your data.
• You may delete the app at any time to remove local data.
• You can manage or delete iCloud data via Apple ID settings or at privacy.apple.com.

6. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
